  • CAN I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD

    GIFT CARDS HAVE GONE DIGITAL!

    ‘At Gaucho, our Impact Strategy takes a holistic view across our entire business. In such a high consuming sector, we are committed to take action to reduce our consumption where alternatives exist, this includes making the decision to move away from physical gift cards and replacing them with digital ones.

    By switching to a digital format, we will be taking the first step of many to reduce our emissions and have a more positive impact on the planet our people and our communities’

  • WHERE IS MY ORDER

    Mdrinks deliveries are all sent by DPD, you will receive tracking information from DPD on the morning of your delivery day by 11am. You can also track your order via the DPD website.

    If you have not received tracking information by 11am on the day of your delivery, please email [email protected]

  • WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

    Drinks deliveries are all sent by DPD, you will receive tracking information from DPD on the morning of your delivery day by 11am. You can also track your order via the DPD website.

    DPD aim to deliver between 8am-6pm. We aren’t able to request specific times with them on the day.

  • HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE

  • I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE

    Please let us know your order number, delivery name and address and which date you would like to change to by emailing [email protected], we cannot make any changes to delivery dates after Tuesday on the week of your delivery.

  • MY ORDER HAS MISSING OR BROKEN ITEMS

    Please let us know of any broken or missing items by emailing [email protected]

  • WILL ANY OF MY ITEMS BE REPLACED/SUBSTITUTED?

    We reserve the right to make substitutions in our meal kits where necessary due to availability of stock. Replacements will be of same value.
