1) Terms and Conditions Meal Kits & Drinks Products

 

  • All deliveries are made by DPD or APC, tracking information will arrive via email or text before 11am on the day of your delivery date.
  • Once you receive tracking information with a delivery slot, please note if you are not in to receive this, under our couriers terms the item will be destroyed due to perishable contents.
  • If you make arrangements directly with DPD or APC such as leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour, we cannot take responsibility for lost items and this can only be dealt directly with DPD or APC.
  • During this time some delivery depots are having delivery issues, there is a small margin for delayed deliveries, we will always do our best to rectify these. Please email [email protected]with any enquiries or delays.
  • We recommend that you refrigerate immediately and consume within 2 days of the delivery day, no items are suitable for home freezing.
  • For cancellations, these must be sent by 9am on Monday the week of your order by contacting [email protected]


2) T&Cs Drinks Products

 

  • All purchases of items including alcohol must be purchased by customers over the age of 18 years of age.
  • Delivery cost is £6.00.
  • All deliveries are made by DPD or APC, tracking information will arrive via email or text before 11am on the day of delivery.
  • During this time some delivery depots are having delivery issues, there is a small margin for delayed deliveries, we will always do our best to rectify these. Please email [email protected]with any enquiries or delays.
  • For cancellations, these must be sent as soon as possible after ordering, we cannot promise cancellations after 10am the day after delivery.


3) Lost & Damaged items.

 

It is the policy of Gaucho at Home to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please contact [email protected] within 24 hrs of delivery Please see individual products for details. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

  • Damaged in Transit

    If you take delivery of your Gaucho at Home package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge within 14 days, you will be required to submit photographic evidence for Gaucho to feedback to our suppliers and courier.

  • Incorrect or Lost Items

    If we have sent you an incorrect item or your box has been lost, please notify our Customer Services Department [email protected] as soon as possible or within 24hrs or delivery we cannot accept any returns due to the perishable items within the box. Gaucho cannot accept liability for lost or damaged boxes whilst in transit.



4) Returns

 

On the very rare occasion a breakage occurs, or goods are deemed faulty, we will happily offer a replacement upon the return of the items in question. Please contact us at [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.

We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product or packaging which you are dissatisfied with for our records, which we will notify you of via email.

If we choose to provide a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
